In 1999, Andreu Torrents and Ramon Illas, two fishmongers from Llavaneras and Mataró, towns on the Costa del Maresme, joined together to establish ARA S.L. Our long family tradition in the world of fish has allowed us to develop and innovate high quality products, with fish and seafood from our coast.

Our products are ideal to complement paelles, fideuas, soups, bouillabaisse sauces.

We start with the fumet, made with rock fish and seafood in frozen format.
